Stress Reduction On and Off the Job

Most people experience stress on the job from time to time. If your job has become particularly stressful, I can help you develop strategies to improve the quality of your life both in and out of work. If you want to remain in your current job but desire a more harmonious work life, we can work together to determine a stress reduction plan. This plan might include:

  • Mindfulness practices
  • Coaching on how to work with “difficult” people
  • Creative (and perhaps artistic) exercises to help you understand your stress triggers and get in touch with your needs on the job
  • Creatively exploring your options for a more fulfilling and balanced life on and off the job

I have taught stress reduction classes for public school teachers in Jefferson County and Denver Public Schools – definitely not low-stress jobs – and I can share some of these mindfulness strategies with you.
